We have a wide range of hot melts with specific molten viscosities, open and setting times to suit various industrial applications. We use only virgin materials to guarantee quality and consistency.
|
Our adhesives are charring and gellation resistant. Charring and gellation occurs when molten hot melt is held at elevated temperatures in an applicator pot for long hours. Over time, the hot melt burns, oxidizes blackens, forms chunks and the viscocity increases. All this leads clogged dispensing lines and nozzles, adversely affecting bond formation and makes them less visually appealing.
We use Speciality additives to avoid it, Less susceptibility to charring and gellation leads to consistent viscocity and ensures un matched pot stability It also eliminates wastage of adhesive, prevents blockage of dispenser nozzle and decreases downtime. |
